Guoxing optoelectronics also plans to invest 1.9 billion yuan to build Guoxing optoelectronics Geely Industrial Park project, which is mainly used to build R & D and production sites, advanced LED packaging and application production lines, including the field of intelligent lamps.

In order to actively respond to the national intelligent vehicle development strategy, LED lamp manufacturer Xingyu Co., Ltd. plans to issue convertible bonds with a total amount of no more than RMB 1.5 billion for the construction of Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park.
