Suggestions to Style Thick Hair?

Who told you layers will make it thicker? Think about it, if you have one length to your mid-back, all the hair is there, but if you layer it and cut some off, then some of that weight is gone. I have thick, wavy hair too, and though I recently chopped it all off for Alice Cullens pixie from the twilight movie, I used to sleep with it in a bun. My layers would have gorgeous waves, and in the morning, the hair would be barely, barely, barely damp, so I could apply mousse and it would separate and bounce my waves. This idea works whether you have layers or one length, as long as you can get it into a MESSY bun after you get out of the shower. Tip: do not use hairspary, it makes hair crunchy. Have you ever seen girls who scrunch thier hair and it looks like you could just go break a piece off? It looks trashy, so dont do it. Use mousse. Its sooooooo much better. Hope I helped.

Im sorry i agree with the other ladies,,walkers are very dangerous and bad for bubs development..If you goggle baby walkers you will find that they cause alot of accidents! My maternal health nurse and family doctor also advised me never to use one! But of course,you decide whats best for you and your child...

I totally understand how frustrating it can be. I have very curly hair and Long plus, POOFY. What I honestly can say that may sound wierd but, I tried so many products you name it I tried it. The only one I like is at the salon only and can be expensive cause again I have alot of hair so I use alot is called SLEEK LOOK it comes in a orange bottle and smells good. It's for smoothing hair but, that's what we need something to smooth and tame are hair, try it you will love it. I wear my hair done, up, and I straighten it too with that stuff.

Clear mascara is pretty much the same. I use brow wax and a brow kit with powder. I have really thick brows too, the powder just helps my brows match my hair

omg this is a really good mascara I've been using it for about a year now and it is amazing!! Covergirls lash blast volume!!!! It's amazing! And the best part is that it's really inexpensive and you can get it at any drugstore. It's in a purple bottle

I suggest the Remington Wet 2 Straight. I have thick hair and it's amazing, it uses steam to straighten also. Its relatively cheap under $30

GHD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are the best! yes they can be a little pricey but you could find a cheaper one on ebay

I have the same problem, i have really curly hair that tends to fall on the top and be more wavy. My best suggestion for someone with curly hair is to shorten up the top layer considerably, cut it to about 4 inches on the top and blend it in with whatever length you want. Also, I know your hair is thick, but do not let them use a razor on your curly hair, you will end up with a ton of flyaways and uncontrolable hair. If you feel like it needs to be thinned, have your stylist use a chunking shears throughout the very back, bottom layer of your hair
